This is the best working embed I can find for health data right now. If I get frustrated enough I will write my own. I am running a 10k at the end of April and am preparing for that.
When I created this page I was 180 pounds. In the last month I’ve lost about 5 pounds. Right now, I am 5-10 and weigh 175 pounds.
I have recently purchased the app, Streaks. It is an incredibly beautiful app that lets me track all of the things I want to do on a daily basis.
- In bed before midnight
- Read 30 minutes a day
- Drink 120 oz of water a day
- 50 sit ups
- 50 push ups
- Walk 10,000 steps
- Run for at least 30 minutes
I am exploring ways to embed my streaks dashboard here. I will report back once I have more information on how to do this, if it is possible.
